This package contains almond flour, powdered sugar and a small amount of food coloring; it will make it easier to make macarons at home. You will not need to buy large quantities of almond flour or use low-quality flour from supermarkets. The flour mix will help you save time – you won’t need to do the grinding and sifting of flour and powdered sugar, and it will eliminate one of the main problems in macaron making – the quality of almond flour as you’ll get the best quality ingredients in this mix.
Ingredient mixes are available in various colors and compositions – pink, purple, blue, white, yellow, orange, pistachio green, coffee gray.
Ingredients – 150 g almond flour, 150 g powdered sugar, 1 g powdered food coloring.
With this quantity, you will be able to make 30 macarons.

It all started with a love for pastry in my childhood. When I came home from school, I took my mother's cookbook to try out one of the recipes there. And it was completely okay not to have butter or cream at home, you can make it work without these ingredients! Most of the experiments turned out to be quite unenjoyable and my parents ate them only out of love for me.
